Prime Train x ARC FITNESS EXPO Workout

Learn how to train like an athlete with Prime Train!

In this session, you learn how to safely and effectively
incorporate elite strength and conditioning techniques into your
training.
This session is perfect for young athletes who want to learn how to do
functional strength training programs at home or at the gym.

Parents and coaches are also welcome to come along and observe the session so
they can support their children after the session.
