  2. Detailed Personalised Onboarding: You will be required to fill out a comprehensive form to allow us to understand your current situation, your training goals & your access to equipment.
  3. Start Training: Typically you'll receive your program within 48 hours of submitting your form. This allows our team enough time to craft your initial plan.
  4. Weekly Check-Ins: You will be able to book weekly check-ins with our team, your trainer, and will have access to a group chat for all your training discussions and needs.
  5. Dominate Your Sport: As you put in the work, it's time to yield the results. Gain confidence, perform better, and start reaping the rewards in your chosen arena.

Each week you'll be able to book a check-in call with your coach. This will allow you to go over any necessary changes, provide feedback or assess your long term plan, as well as discuss current results.
