Any & all, our experienced coaches have worked with athletes from countless sports, and our personalised approach to training allows you to access movements that will best translate to your sport, from swimming, to boxing, to hockey to footy.
🙋♂️ Is Prime Training Right For Beginners?
Absolutely! Our coaches have worked with people on their first ever day training, all the way through to elite athletes. We're here to guide you no matter where you are on your journey.
🙋♂️ How Soon Can I Expect Results?
This will vary depending on your training frequency & other life factors. However many of our athletes have seen substantial results in just a few weeks of hard work.
🙋♂️ Do I Need Access To A Gym?
Definitely not - many of our athletes simply don't have access to a gym, and our workouts are catered to their limitations.
🙋♂️ What If I Get Injured Or Need A Break?
Your health and long-term wellbeing is our top priority. If you happen to get injured, our coaches are here to support you throughout this and help cater a plan to you. If you need a break, simply just chat to your coaches!
🙋♂️ How Do The Weekly Check Ins Work?
Each week you'll be able to book a check-in call with your coach. This will allow you to go over any necessary changes, provide feedback or assess your long term plan, as well as discuss current results.
🙋♂️ What If My Goals/Sport Changes?
Flexibility is key, many of our athletes play multiple different sports & decide to prioritise them differently. We'll adjust your program to align with whatever it is you're looking to achieve.
🙋♂️ Is There A Lock-In Contract?
Nope - as we've said, flexibility is key. No longer want to train? You can simply cancel your membership.
