  3. Start Training: Typically you'll receive your program within 48 hours of submitting your form. This allows our team enough time to craft your initial plan.
  4. Weekly Check-Ins: You will be able to book weekly check-ins with our team, your trainer, and will have access to a group chat for all your training discussions and needs.
